- Build the rule from a measure, a comparator and a threshold.
- Choose whether to send when the condition is met or is not met.
- Notify extra recipients when the rule fires.
- Check independently of this report evaluates the rule over its own date range, for example “send the weekly report only if yesterday’s stock fell below seven days”.
Sections and display conditions
Inside the email, sections can be shown or hidden with conditions, including nested sections, and every object can have its own display condition. One report can then cover the normal case and the exception.
