Email delivery

Emails go out through your own SMTP mail profile, with retries and a send offset for large bursts. On Power BI you can also use SendGrid or Mailgun. Every To recipient gets their own copy.

Who decides where files are saved?

Administrators define named delivery destinations. Report authors pick a destination by name, so they never need paths or credentials.

Can each run save to its own folder?

Yes. A report's subfolder can include tags such as the date or the cycle value, for example one folder per day or per region.
