What counts as an action?
An action is a unit of work KPImailer performs, such as sending a report email. Actions only matter during the trial; paid licences include unlimited actions.
What happens when the trial ends?
Sending pauses, but nothing is deleted. Your reports, templates, schedules and history stay in place, and sending resumes as soon as a licence is applied.
Do we pay per recipient or per report?
No. The licence is per server and includes unlimited reports and recipients, so growing your audience never changes the price.
Do you offer multi-server, Portal or partner pricing?
