What changes with KPImailer

Recipients need no licence. Managers, store teams and partners receive the numbers without Power BI accounts.
Each person gets their own copy. Burst on a column and route each copy with a recipient column, on Pro as well as Premium.
The email carries the message. Visuals, text with live measure values, and conditional sections.
Only when it matters. A DAX condition decides whether a run sends at all.
Real files. Multi-sheet Excel, CSV, PDF and PowerPoint, named per run.

When native subscriptions are enough

If every recipient already has access to the report, and a page snapshot with a link is what they need, native subscriptions do the job at no extra cost.

Do we still need Power BI licences for report authors?

Yes. People who build and publish reports in Power BI still need their usual licences. KPImailer removes the need for licences on the receiving side only.

Does KPImailer work on Power BI Pro?

Yes. On Pro or shared capacity KPImailer uses its own high-fidelity render. On Premium, Fabric or Embedded capacity it uses the native Export to file API.
